The article analyzes aspects of the liberalization of labor legislation in Uzbekistan within the framework of the State Program "Uzbekistan - 2030". The main focus is on stimulating entrepreneurship and creating jobs, with the goal of attracting two million citizens to entrepreneurial activity and employing five million people. Issues of international experience in social insurance and proposals for the creation of a national social insurance system that would ease the social responsibilities of employers and maintain social benefits for employees are also discussed. The article offers an overview of current initiatives to improve labor laws to support economic growth and social stability.
