The policy of collectivization of agriculture was carried out along with the liquidation of peasant farms, confiscation of their property, and exile of the peasants themselves and their families. The article reveals the goals and consequences of the policy of dispossession, emphasizing that this policy is a system of repressive measures; based on factual data, it is shown that special settlements were created for exiled kulaks, where members of their families were also placed.
