This article addresses the pertinent and crucial topic of protecting women from discrimination and violence through the reinforcement of public control. In contemporary society, ensuring the safety and equality of women is a top priority, and public control plays a significant role in detecting and preventing violations of their rights. The article examines the main aspects related to the effectiveness of public control and the necessary measures for a more successful fight against discrimination and violence toward women. It emphasizes that ensuring the safety and equality of women is a collective responsibility, and public control plays a pivotal role in achieving this objective. Furthermore, the active utilization of mass media and social networks is recognized as an effective measure of public control in advocating for women's rights. Therefore, continued research and the development of new approaches are essential to achieving this vital goal.
