Based on sources and literature, the article analyzes the ideological policy of the Communist Party and its essence, the role of the “Knowledge” society in the dissemination of communist ideology and political knowledge, its transformation into the largest propaganda and educational structure in the USSR, coordinating the activities of almost all academic associations of the country, changes in activities of the Company over the years.
