Annotatsiya

In this article, the concept of the measure of detention by administrative means is explained, and the normative documents on adaptation to the requirements and deadlines stipulated in Article 27 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan “A person cannot be detained for more than forty-eight hours without a court decision” are analyzed.
