This article examines the legal nature and significance of the principle of legal accuracy. At the same time, the importance of the principle of legal accuracy as one of the main elements of the rule of law is noted. The principle of legal certainty guarantees that a court decision that has entered into force in any dispute cannot be questioned. Today, the principle of legal certainty is considered as a structural element of the rule of law, necessary for the stabilization of legal relations and systems in which the judiciary and the courts play an important role. Legal accuracy is becoming an increasingly important factor in lawmaking and law enforcement processes. In particular, legal accuracy means the accuracy, clarity and accessibility of a legal standard, depending on the texts and interpretations of court documents. The purpose of this article is to analyze the fact that due to the full implementation of the principle of legal accuracy as a legal category, the effectiveness of compliance with current legislation is achieved, in particular, the principle of legal accuracy is a means of ensuring the stability of law, which must regulate the interaction between legal entities.
