Annotatsiya

This article describes DIY-species as biohacking, gives its characteristics and features, shows biohacking methods (diet, exercise, sleep, psychology, technology), approaches (grinder, nutrigenomics, DIY-biology), separately mentions the pioneers in this direction, shows the history of the founder of biohacking movement Ray Kurzweil, schemes about biohacking (body upgrade, Flowgrade (flow, current), how biohacking works, presented biohacking as inside evolution, the possible consequences of biohacking, both negative and positive, the differences of biohacking from the concept of healthy lifestyle and bodyhacking, biohacking of the ‘brain’, the main risk factors, as well as factors accelerating aging, presents the foreign experience of biohacking (biohacking market, companies specializing in biohacking), given recommendations for novice biohackers on the use of modern technological devices.
