This article focuses on analyzing Singapore's anti-corruption laws. It examines how the country formulates and implements its anti-corruption policy against the background of comparisons with regulations in other countries such as Hong Kong, the UK, and the US. The study applies general scientific methods including analysis, generalization, analogy, classification, and comparison, as well as systematic and historical-comparative approaches to delve deeply into the topic. The paper identifies the main criminal law provisions and trends in the activities of public and private structures in the fight against corruption. The shortcomings in Singapore's anti-corruption policies as identified by Transparency International experts are also highlighted. The results are presented using a comparativist approach, which adds scientific novelty to the analysis of the legal framework of anti-corruption in the region.
