The article examines the role and significance of the Constitution, adopted through universal suffrage, in strengthening the guarantees of protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens. The paper emphasizes the importance of studying and applying national practice and international norms in the field of human rights, as well as constitutions of foreign states. The analysis is further informed by a focus on the guarantees of protection afforded to freedoms and legitimate interests of both individuals and legal entities. The objective of this article is to emphasize the significance of constitutional mechanisms in guaranteeing legal protection and promoting legal stability within society.
