The article presents a legislative analysis of the powers of the Legislative Chamber and the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan to control the execution of the budget process in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, the problems arising in the process of budget execution were studied, and proposals were substantiated on the procedure for submitting inquiries to state and economic management bodies as subjects of parliamentary control of deputies and senators.
