In the national poetry, the modern life of the people, the various changes taking place in the spiritual world of the nation find their artistic expression. There is a difficulty in expressing the human spirit and psyche in verses. That is why this article presents scientific views on the expression of the human spirit in poetry. Amir Khudoiberdi's poems use the methods of recollection of memories, internal and external monologue, dialogue, dreaming, hallucinations, illusions, portraits, depictions of nature, and meditation, which are widely used in modern poetry.
