Each language has a certain number of proverbs and proverbs, which give it its own flavor, but it is difficult to master it, and all the problems arise when translating literary texts. When teaching the Russian language to Uzbek students, great attention is paid to increasing the vocabulary, expanding the vocabulary, one of the effective means of enriching the vocabulary is working with proverbs and proverbs. Translation of any foreign language, including Russian, necessarily implies familiarity with its proverb fund. In addition, the need to study Russian proverbs and sayings outside of the linguistic and cultural environment is explained by the fact that these units are a source of rich regional and cultural information, and while satisfying the educational interests of Uzbek students, they are a strong motivational tool at the stages of learning. serves as a factor.
