The scientific article is devoted to the analysis and improvement of the procedure for establishing the facts of the state in actual marital relations in the judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The work highlights the role of special proceedings in establishing legally significant facts without a dispute about substantive law and analyzes the main provisions of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning this issue. The study includes proposals for changes and additions to this resolution, the purpose of which is to improve the process of establishing the facts of actual marital relations. The proposed changes are aimed at ensuring a more efficient and fair establishment of facts within the framework of special proceedings, meeting modern requirements of judicial practice and protecting the rights of citizens.
