It is necessary to understand deeply that young people determine not only the future of the country but also the effectiveness of today's reforms, as well as how socialized they are in modern society. The article discusses the problems of regulatory, financial, and personnel youth policy. Today, the problem of modern youth is becoming increasingly urgent. The goals, aspirations, and priorities of young people around the world are changing day by day. State policy regarding youth is an important part of general state policy. It represents a system of measures aimed at determining and maintaining the specific social status of youth, who in the future will be the economically active population of our country. Each country has its own aspects of the development of state policy regarding youth. The article analyzes the financial and personnel indicators of state policy related to youth.
