This article examines the primary approaches to legislating arbitration agreements in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Special focus is given to studying Uzbekistan’s “On International Commercial Arbitration” Law and the role of TIAC as the country's foremost arbitration institution. Additionally, the author compares this with the Chinese legal model of arbitration agreement regulation.
