The article examines the role of the family for the sustainable development of society and the individual in conditions of serious attention to family problems on the part of the state. From a global perspective, family support is seen as a mechanism for achieving sustainable development goals, including eradicating poverty, ensuring health and well-being, empowering youth and protecting their rights, and reducing inequality. The author presents sociological research, analysis of the results of a social survey and scientific and practical conclusions aimed at studying thoughts, views, relationships and the author’s vision of strengthening the family, healthy and happy motherhood, as well as the necessary conditions for childhood and family values. At the same time, attention is paid to preparing the youth of Uzbekistan for independent life in the spirit of national values, its legal framework and organizational mechanisms, as well as issues of combating oppression and violence.
