In this article, the most important priorities in the field of enforcement, the experience of foreign countries in this activity, their specific aspects, our national legislation and the legal basis of the activities of state bodies responsible for conducting enforcement in foreign countries, the tasks and functions of such bodies are studied. The article analyzes the experience of countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States such as the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Belarus, and developed countries of the European Union such as Italy, France, England, as well as the USA.
