This article analyzes the emergence and development of norms related to changes in insolvency legislation. In particular, the structure of civil legislation studied the regulation of insolvency, the adoption, and renewal of special laws – bankruptcy law and insolvency law, as well as the norms of legislative acts related to insolvency, and covered issues of their improvement.
