In this article, the main indicators of communicative culture among healthcare workers are examined. Specifically, the focus is on the emotional attitude toward the interlocutor and the situation of communication, the ability to express one's own feelings and understand those of the interlocutor, as well as careful observation of the interlocutor's reaction to the provided information. Various aspects of communicative interaction are described, including observation and demonstration of understanding the partner's feelings.
