In this article, the issues related to the improvement of the civil-legal regulation of the activities of LLC, the scientific-theoretical problems of the civil-legal status of the LLC based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the legal basis of the creation and reorganization of the LLC and the problems in it are considered.
