In this article, the most important priorities in the field of enforcement, the experience of foreign countries in this activity, their specific aspects, our national legislation and legal basis of the activities of state bodies responsible for conducting enforcement in foreign countries, the tasks and functions of such bodies are studied. The article analyzes the experience of countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States such as the developed countries of the European Union such as Italy, France, as well as the USA.
