Manifestation in Raman Spectra of Light Activation Processes in Superionic Trifluorides of the LnF3 Type

Annotatsiya

The energy parameters of the process of thermal disordering of the crystal lattice in superionic crystals of the LaF3 type are investigated. A new approach to the interpretation of the energy parameters of internal motion, obtained by the method of Raman light scattering, is considered. It is shown that the values of the activation energies determined from the temperature dependence of the linewidth of Raman light scattering are many times lower than the energies determining the process of thermally activated disordering of the LnF3 lattice.
