Annotatsiya

In this work, using mass spectrometric techniques and surface ionization of CsCl molecules, the initial stages of the carbon film growth on the surface of rhenium by the diffusion from the bulk, were studied. It has been experimentally established that the growth of the second layer of carbon is formed from the bottom of the first layer of the carbon film formed on the metal surface. It has been clarified that the mechanism of growth of a carbon film on the surface of rhenium differs from the mechanism of growth of a carbon film obtained on the surface of a metal by adsorption and diffusion.
