This article analyzes the development processes of the digitaleconomy in Uzbekistan and the impact of IT technologies on economic efficiency.It examines the opportunities for increasing production efficiency, improvingservice quality, and creating new jobs through the introduction of digitaltechnologies into economic sectors. Furthermore, the importance of developingdigital infrastructure, supporting innovative projects, and utilizing moderninformation technologies in the country is highlighted. The research resultssubstantiate the role of the digital economy in ensuring sustainable economicgrowth and identify IT technologies as a crucial factor in enhancing economicefficiency.
