This article presents a systematic analysis of an alternativeparadigm for ensuring economic growth amid globalization and rapid climatechange — the "green" economy and its mutually synergistic integration withdigital technologies. In the course of the research, the impact of digitalizationmechanisms on increasing energy efficiency, resource conservation, andecological sustainability was studied using institutional and empiricalapproaches. The article develops comprehensive practical proposals for theimplementation of "Digital Twins," artificial intelligence, and blockchaintechnologies within the framework of technological modernization ofUzbekistan’s economy. The main conclusions provide a scientific justification forthe need to view ecological and digital factors as an integrated system in theformation of macroeconomic policy.
