This scientific article analyzes modern operational models ofStartup Support Centers (SSCs), their evolution, and effectiveness criteria. Theauthor examines the experience of leading global startup ecosystems, includingMIT Sloan, Germany’s UnternehmerTUM, France, the Republic of Korea, andIndia, as well as the state programs, legal framework, and practices related to thedevelopment of innovation infrastructure in Uzbekistan. The articlesubstantiates the necessity of transitioning from traditional incubation models toadvanced “Business Catalyst” and “Venture Studio” (“co-creation partner”)models. Based on a comparative analysis of the activities of existing centers andUzbekistan’s strategic goals (attracting $2 billion in venture investment by2030), recommendations for the development of the national startup ecosystemare proposed.
