This article analyzes the economic causes of labor migration andthe role of small business and private entrepreneurship in reducing migrationflows. The study scientifically examines the importance of small businesses inensuring employment, creating new jobs, increasing household incomes, andaccelerating regional economic development. In addition, the impact of reformsaimed at supporting small businesses in Uzbekistan on migration processes isconsidered. The research findings demonstrate that the development of smallbusiness is one of the key economic tools for reducing labor migration.
