This article develops an organizational and legal model of prosecutorial supervision that takes into account corruption risks in the digital environment, the specific features of proving facts using electronic data, and the delineation of powers among state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study employs formal-legal, comparative-legal, systemic-functional, and document analysis methods. It examines regulatory legal acts, academic publications, and official materials concerning anti-corruption issues and the activities of prosecution authorities during 2024–2026. As a result, a three-tier functional model aimed at preventing offenses has been developed, comprising analytical, supervisory-inspection, and criminal-procedural levels.
