Modern medical achievements in the treatment of coronary heart disease, in particular the use of high medical technologies have necessitated a more thorough study of the preoperative condition of the patient, taking into account the viability of the myocardium and the introduction into clinical practice of comprehensive medical rehabilitation of this category of patients. In the article, the authors present the results of their own research. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated approach to the treatment of medical rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease who have undergone myocardial revascularization. Materials and methods: The study included patients with coronary artery disease with stable angina pectoris (AS) of functional class III and IV functional class (FC) after planned coronary artery stenting (CAS) (40), who received basic therapy (aspirin + clopidogrel, β¬-blockers, atorvastatin or rosuvastatin, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors) were divided into two subgroups A and B. Results: Inclusion of aerobic exercise into the rehabilitation program for patients with coronary artery disease after revascularization makes it possible to optimally increase the compensatory and adaptive reactions of the cardiorespiratory system by improving coronary and peripheral circulation, correcting the lipid spectrum of the blood, increasing myocardial contractility, and economizing the work of the heart, which provides a significant increase in rehabilitation benefits. coronary heart disease after stenting.
