Despite advances in obstetric care, obstetric hemorrhage continues to be a significant cause of maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide. Purpose of the study: to study the characteristics of the hemostasis system in women with premature birth complicated by obstetric blood loss. Material and methods of research: The work was carried out in the branch of the Russian National Medical Research Center for Medical Research in Samarkand in the Department of Pathology of Pregnant Women for 2021-2023. For the initial stage of the clinical study, 151 pregnant women were examined and divided into three groups. The results of the study made it possible to determine indicators that can be used as markers of endothelial dysfunction in women with PR. Thanks to this, it will be possible to develop more effective treatment technology, as well as use these indicators as predictors of complications in pregnant women. The study results demonstrate that these indicators may be potential indicators of endothelial health in pregnant women, especially in the context of the risk of pregnancy failure.
