The article is devoted to the medicalrehabilitation of patientswithcardiovascularpathology.Oneof the maincriteria for using the InternationalClassification of Functioning,DisabilityandHealth(ICF)is the ability to formulate a rehabilitationdiagnosis,rehabilitationpotential,determine the purpose,objectives,rehabilitationprogramandevaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitationmeasures.ICFis a keypointindeterminingshort- and long-termgoalsfor a patient by members of a multidisciplinaryrehabilitationteam,aswell as forassessingrehabilitationpotentialandprognosis,drawing up an individualmedicalrehabilitationplanandfurtherrecommendationsupondischarge.
