The purpose of the study was to study the body structure and hemodynamic parameters of athletes involved in kayaking and canoeing. A total of 24 male athletes aged 14-18 years underwent a medical examination and were divided into two groups: 24 athletes of I-III sports categories regularly involved in canoeing and kayaking, and 12 young athletes. The body composition and cardiovascular parameters were studied in adolescent athletes. Body composition analysis showed statistically significant differences in weight and muscle mass between rowers and non-athletes. Physical performance, as recorded by the PWC-170 test, was better in the athlete group, indicating a better condition of the musculoskeletal system.
