Cardiovascular pathology in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is one of the most common comorbid conditions in the clinic of internal diseases. The article discusses the systemic manifestations and cardiovascular risk of COPD. One of the forms of influence on the course of COPD are methods of pulmonary rehabilitation, in particular physical rehabilitation, which consists in training respiratory and skeletal muscles, exercises aimed at increasing the volume of movement in the joints.
