The quality of life (QOL) of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is currently one of the main indicators for assessing the effectiveness of therapy. This indicator is directly related to health, is one of the key concepts of modern medicine and allows us to carry out an in-depth analysis of important components of human health in accordance with WHO criteria. All patients (168 patients with COPD, 90 of whom had ischaemic heart disease) were divided into 2 groups: the main group (60 patients) received baseline therapy and bioregulatory drugs, and the control group (108 patients) received only baseline therapy. QOL was assessed using the SF-36 questionnaire.
