Annotatsiya

This article examines existing legal and organizational mechanisms for preventing domestic (family) violence, drawing on statistical data for 2023–2025, protection orders, and judicial practice. It identifies challenges related to early risk identification, reassessment of risks following the issuance of protection orders, interagency coordination, and monitoring the outcomes of preventive services. The article emphasizes the need to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive measures not by the number of activities undertaken, but by reductions in the risk of repeated violence and the extent to which victims’ safety is ensured.
