Annotatsiya

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of civil law mechanisms aimed at ensuring digital accessibility for persons with disabilities in the context of artificial intelligence (AI) implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines national legislation and international standards concerning the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in the digital environment. The author proposes measures to strengthen the civil liability of AI system developers and advocates the formal establishment of accessibility standards for digital products.
