Mutual integration of prognostic and reflexive activity in future teachers

Annotatsiya

The article analyzes the problem of prognostic and reflexive processes manifesting in the professional activity of future teachers not as isolated phenomena but as interconnected elements of a unified functional system. It is substantiated that prognostic activity consists in foreseeing the future outcomes of the pedagogical process, while reflexive activity consists in analyzing and evaluating activity already carried out. The mechanisms of mutual integration of these two types of activity are revealed cyclicity, functional complementarity, a shared cognitive basis, and practical integration tools. The article also presents a system of pedagogical conditions and practical instruments that ensure integration (a reflexive-prognostic diary, case analysis, microteaching, portfolio). The conclusions of the study serve as a theoretical basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at developing the professional thinking of future teachers within higher pedagogical education.
