This article examines the structure, causes, and contributing factors of professional burnout among educators in preschool educational institutions. The analysis reveals that burnout in this context is a cumulative process; without timely self-regulation and organizational support, it evolves into a three-component personality deformation and a psychosomatic crisis. Recommendations regarding psychological support for preschool staff are also formulated.
