Annotatsiya

The article presents an organizational and managerial model for developing the creative potential of principals of specialized and creativity schools. The model is based on the consistent interconnection of target-methodological, content-related, organizational-mechanism, stage-procedural, and result-diagnostic blocks. Five stages of the development process are identified, and their closed spiral structure is substantiated: the outcome of the final stage becomes the starting point for the next cycle. Six organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective functioning of the model are identified. The leading role of the andragogical approach in working with managerial personnel is substantiated, together with its practical implication: creative potential develops not through theoretical lectures, but through the process of solving a real problem faced by the principal’s own institution.
