The in-depth and comprehensive study of the artistic mastery of Uzbek folk poets is becoming increasingly important. The fact that the necessary conditions are being created for the development of the art of bakhshi in accordance with the spiritual needs of modern society demonstrates the relevance of this scholarly task. From this perspective, the works of Ergash shoir Jumanbulbul are also analyzed, vividly reflecting the richness of our native language. Deriving aesthetic satisfaction from the rare sources of the spiritual life of the people, presenting these sources to a wide audience, and skillfully connecting the links in the chain of historical epochs have become characteristic features of our time. In this regard, it is impossible not to note the great importance of folklore, particularly the folk epic (dastan). Therefore, the study of the creative heritage of such storytellers as Ergash Jumanbulbul-ogly is of great significance. Ergash-shoir follows the path of his predecessors; however, not a single verse repeats lines from the works of others. In other words, the poet employed the epic techniques of his teachers but composed his verses independently. In general, the attitude of the poets of the Kurgan school toward tradition is of this creative nature, as the environment of this school was so strong and rich that it allowed each poet to perform dastans in their own manner while remaining within the framework of tradition.
