Simultaneous surgical interventions have become an important direction in modern gynecological practice due to their ability to improve treatment outcomes while reducing the physical and psychological burden on patients. These procedures involve performing two or more surgical operations during a single anesthesia session, thereby minimizing repeated hospitalizations, shortening recovery periods, and lowering healthcare costs. The present study examines current approaches to simultaneous gynecological interventions, focusing on minimally invasive techniques, laparoscopic surgery, comprehensive preoperative assessment, and multidisciplinary patient management. The analysis demonstrates that simultaneous operations are safe and effective when patient selection is appropriate and evidence-based clinical protocols are followed. Furthermore, advances in surgical technology and perioperative care have significantly reduced postoperative complications while improving reproductive outcomes and patients' quality of life. The study concludes that simultaneous surgical interventions represent an effective strategy for optimizing gynecological care and enhancing healthcare efficiency.
