Combined surgical interventions have become an integral component of modern gynecological practice due to advances in minimally invasive surgery, improved anesthetic techniques, and multidisciplinary patient management. Simultaneous treatment of multiple gynecological and extragenital disorders during a single operation reduces repeated anesthesia, shortens hospitalization, minimizes postoperative complications, and improves patients' quality of life. The present review summarizes recent evidence regarding indications, patient selection, perioperative management, advantages, limitations, and future prospects of combined gynecological surgical interventions. The study emphasizes that careful preoperative assessment and individualized surgical planning significantly improve clinical outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.
