For the first time in the Uzbekistan region, allergenic and antigenic properties of an extract from industrial dust of the textile industry have been established. In an experiment on guinea pigs, the criteria of allergenicity of the dust studied were revealed: specific thermolabile homocytotropic antibodies (HCA) were determined in the blood serum of sensitized animals, active and passive skin sensitization, active and passive anaphylactic shock, as well as the allergic reaction of mast cell degranulation were successfully reproduced. The existence of a direct correlation between allergic reactions and the level of HCA in the blood serum of sensitized animals has been proven. In an experiment on rabbits, the antigenic properties of an extract from the industrial dust of the textile industry were established. Specific precipitating immune antibodies were detected in the blood serum of immunized rabbits. It was found that industrial dust consists of at least 3-5 antigenic determinants. The specificity of allergic reactions caused by the extract of industrial dust from the textile industry in indirect mast cell degranulation reactions has been determined.
