Annotatsiya

This scientific article investigates the diagnostic significance of immunoinflammatory biomarkers, cervical changes, and infectious factors in the early prediction of preterm birth risk in pregnant women. The study evaluated the role of interleukin-6, ferritin, prolactin, relaxin, cervical length, and vaginal microflora status in the development of preterm labor. Retrospective and prospective observational methods were used, and clinical as well as laboratory parameters were analyzed in high-risk pregnant women. The obtained results demonstrated that elevated inflammatory mediators, cervical shortening, and the presence of urogenital infections significantly increase the risk of preterm birth. In addition, the practical effectiveness of a comprehensive diagnostic algorithm was assessed, and opportunities for reducing perinatal complications were demonstrated.
