This article is devoted to clinical changes in women during premenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Conditions and diseases that arise in the premenopausal period require early diagnosis and preventive measures, with special attention paid to cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis, and cognitive disorders. The authors evaluate conditions and diseases characteristic of this age period from various perspectives that require further research, and also propose an interdisciplinary approach to assessing general data and developing organizational measures to optimize specialized medical care for menopausal women.
