THE MECHANISM OF CURRENT TRANSFER IN THE FILM POLYCRYSTALLINE STRUCTURE OF Au-ZnxCd1-xS-Mo WITH A NARROW PHOTOSENSITIVITY SPECTRUM

Annotatsiya

The electrical characteristics of the Au-ZnxCd1-xS-Mo film structure with a narrow spectrum of photosensitivity in the ultraviolet part of the radiation spectrum of 300−400 nm are investigated. It is established that in such a structure, the photovoltaic characteristics are determined by the parameters of the solid solution ZnxCd1-xS, x = 0.6 and Eg ≈ 3.14 eV. This structure will enable to create ultraviolet photodetector, which will feel only the ultraviolet radiation in the spectral range 300−400 nm, and will be "blind" to radiation in different regions.
