Annotatsiya

The formation and development of oral speech skills is one of the most urgent tasks in teaching foreignlanguages in Uzbekistan. Oral speech skills represent a fundamental and practically significant communicative competencein the process of language learning. Oral speech encompasses understanding words and sentences in the targetlanguage, correct pronunciation, the ability to express ideas briefly or in detail, providing clear and logical answers toquestions, active participation in conversations, and free expression of personal opinions. In foreign language teaching,especially among schoolchildren in grades 5-6, particular attention is paid to the gradual development of oral speechskills, taking into account learners’ age-related, cognitive, and psycholinguistic characteristics
