In this article we will look at how psychology influences football and what methods help players achieve high results. Football is not just a game where physical preparation, technique and tactics play a decisive role. The mental aspect of football often becomes the determining factor in achieving success. A football player must not only control the ball, but also be able to cope with stress, maintain concentration and self-confidence. Without this, it is impossible to show consistently high results, especially under conditions of serious workload, pressure from fans and constant competition.
