Therapeutic Use Exemptions are a mechanism introduced by the World Anti-Doping Agency for athletes that gives them the right to legally use substances or methods prohibited in sports due to a medical need for them. This process is carried out in accordance with the WADA International Standard on Therapeutic Use Exemptions and other standards. In 2024, the National Anti-Doping Agency of Uzbekistan carried out important work in this direction. The article is devoted to the analysis of applications for Therapeutic Use Exemptions considered in 2024.
