Chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI) is a serious medical problem that affects cognitive functions and quality of life in older people. This article analyzes a modern approach to neurocognitive rehabilitation based on the integration of clinical diagnostics and statistical data processing. We consider diagnostic methods, treatment prospects and rehabilitation of patients with CCI, based on the results of empirical research.
